PhD in Neuropsychology, MBA in Human Resources and Strategic Planning, Masters in Clinical Psychology, Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Masters in Educational Psychology

Field of Work and Experience

Dr Paul Baker was trained as a Neuropsychologist and has over 30 years of experience in the field overseeing mental health services as a CEO, COO, National Director and Director.

Dr Baker's professional interest is in providing the highest quality clinical services to clients through a multidisciplinary model of care. He believes that a relational and flexible approach to meeting patients “where they are” is critical to establishing a therapeutic relationship.

He has peer reviewed several journal articles. Paul is also the developer of The PersonBrain Model.

Aspirations and Personal Interests

Personally, Paul been a foster carer to over twenty-nine young people and an adoptive parent of four fine young men. He loves tennis, hiking, travel, and immersing himself into different cultures.
